So I dropped the plastic bottom and found the tank split open at the front seam, these tanks are a two piece construction that is glued together. Split right at the inlet for the flush hose and continued around the tank seem around half of it. So it is holding half. Going to remove it and replace if I can find one. Found tag on it and manufacture. Thanks for all the replies. My stupid mistake.
