I would be checking to verify you have 12 vdc coming off that relay I’ve indicated with a red arrow.
12 Vdc is fed directly from the control panel incoming 12 vdc source over to that relay..
Ground to all fans is common..
If you don’t have 12 vdc off that relay to the fan thermostat the fans will not run
