Last June, when we purchased our 3400RL, I also decided that our dirty clothes need not be on display. I made a pattern of the basket(using paper garbage bags) and left an overhang of about 2". When the pattern was finished, I put the pattern print to the outside. It is very pleasing to the eye now. It took me about an hour to sew this up.
