Don`t see why you couldn`t. I think most people stick with the factory-installed tire or a close facsimile for wear, ride, and mileage Changing the game plan can lead to unsatisfactory performances sometimes. It`s not like you can return tires after a year if you don`t like them. Even Walmart will tell you to forget it.
