Yes, no problem for lead acid batteries if they are charged (just like your car). However, don't let parasitic current draws discharge your batteries; that would be a problem if it is cold.

For my lithiums, I discharge them to about 80% SOC then disconnect them even though my RV is plugged in. I've read that it is better for lithiums not to let them sit at 100% all the time.
