After the deal is done you are on your own. It's very hard to get any warranty work done from MOST dealers.
We have had ALL our warranty and other work done at Affinity RV Group in Goshin Indiana (two days drive for us). Usually we schedule work to be done around the annual Rally at the Elkhart Co Fairground.
