I can name a dozen or more brands that build the ST235/80R16 LRE tires. However, I don't do brand recommendations.
There is not a USA brand built in your size that will qualify as replacements. China has a monopoly on almost all RV trailer tires. You can find popular USA name brands that are made in their China plants. Probably the most popular name brand trailer tire is built in China, however when they farmed it out to Vietnam a major recall happened.
