I have a 2011 3455sa. Fortunately for me and the previous owner it has been kept inside when not in use which greatly helps.
However these vintage Montana's did not all come gel-coated. I believe that was a several thousand dollar option.
You can tell if they're gel coated or not just by looking at the Finish. Get an area clean and if it looks like glass real smooth it's gel coated. If you see what looks like rough fiberglass surface it is a filon exterior.
I wax or gel cooted unit every couple of years. Even the decals look brand new
