I have the same year Super Duty as you. I use the mounting system from Bullet Point. I have the dash cam facing forward and the GPS mount on the left and the TPMS mount on the right. I don't have a rear camera but you can add a mount point to the base for it. The base is secured to the dash with screws. I don't have a solution for the wires.
