Item 1: Garbage can drawer is not closing correctly.
Item 2: J skirt beneath entrance stairs has dropped down causing the top edge to be unsecured.
(Can we get a replacement light for the laundry room? The switch is broken on ours. I'd do the replacement. Thanks)
