Re-read your initial post this morning ( had two cups of wake up java ) and noticed you state you see small drips of fluid on the BLACK line that goes to that slide out cylinder...

If the lines are OEM still then Black line is a return line for that slide cylinder, orange is the extend line... I would check the JIC37 fitting for that black line and snug a tad .. maybe 1/4 inch max... also wipe the fitting area and hose where it is swedged onto the fitting...

If you see a seep then you know the fitting is leaking at the end of the hose and will require a new hose and fitting..

The line ( if the fitting is leaking at the swedge ) is under pressure because Hyd pressure is what holds the slides either extended or closed..

If you have some basic mechanical skills you can replace the entire line wit one made a local hyd shop or a NAPA auto parts store that builds hoses..

The wife and I changed out two lines on our 2014 last year... took about an hour to remove the lines, drive to shop to get them made and then install new lines...

If the slide cylinder is your source of leak ( dripping onto the hose ) then the cylinder can either be replaced or rebuilt as well... its also and easy task if you have some basic mech skills
