JG, sorry for your issues. We seemed to have a similar issue on our 2015 when we were in fringe locations. I invested in some of the Home Depot Klein tools to make sure cable was good and could trace the lines. I also bought Klein Coax ends and install tools. The easiest way is to get your dealer to fix it, since it’s new. But, since many of us are do-it-yourselfers, investing in tools is what we do. Our main issue was on the outside under the skirting. They put junctions there to connect after slides are installed. That is the place Keystone found as an issue on ours at rally one year. Then, there were more connections behind our fireplace and also the coax plate behind the TV. Also, you do not want any splitter ends open. Either get a terminator or a different splitter. Best of luck and keep us updated on what you find.
