Trace the white pex pipes to your black tank flush,
Anti siphon vacuum breaker valve. Sometimes they are in the walls. Many are located under the bathroom sink but with your layout I would guess it's in the wall.
They are notorious for leaking. Does the wet sport correspond to when you flush your black tank?
