The receptacle next to the stove and the outside receptacle are likely part of the GFCI circuit. I would check the master GFCI receptacle in the bathroom and ensure it hasn't tripped.

The fan/light in the living room is on a separate circuit controlled by the paddle switch in the panel with all the other switches. The paddle switch has to be on along with the pull chain switch on the fan/light for them to work.

The under cabinet light is likely also on a separate circuit as a GFCI for this doesn't make sense. It might be a bulb or a socket issue.

There are no wiring diagrams for Montanas. This forum is a better source of wiring information than what you can get from Keystone.
