I once was in a gas station filling up when a trailer pulled in. He had a broken window on the side rear. I mentioned it to him and he did not know it was broken. Probably a rock from a highway construction site up the road. If that happens with blinds up the rock can do more damage than if blinds down to slow the rock down or stop it.
