We want to thank everyone for volunteering to help. We need coordinators for the positions listed at the start of the thread. If you are thinking about any of the positions please contact the link for the position, we will be happy to answer any questions. You can even talk a friend into being a co-coordinator. You may be wondering what it takes to be a coordinator. The answer is: It just takes someone willing to be the go to person to get the job done. For instance if it is a dinner you would post for volunteers to help. Get about 5-6 volunteers that would help serve and clean up. The wagon masters assigned to that category will help you all along the way. You would never be on your own. So take a chance, you might just have some fun along the way and make even more new friends!
