Here's is the solution:
In your user CP there is a second setting for the newsletter. Go here:
https://www.montanaowners.com/forums/usercp.php
Scroll all the way down until you see this in the left side menu:
Click on newsletter preferences. On the next page you will see all the newsletters you can subscribe to. Change your settings as desired and scroll down to save.
