It's nice that DT offered to replace them at no charge. I automatically default to recommending Sailuns as they have proven, anecdotally, to be superior in that size. I read all tire posts on this and three other forums, and can't recall many comments about Hartland. I did some quick research and see they are all steel, 14 ply, and weigh 60lbs, about like Sailuns. I couldn't find a load table for them, but if they're rated around 4400lbs at max 110psi, they would seem comparable, on paper. If you choose them, make sure DT double-checks that your wheels are also 110psi-rated.
