On the floorplan itself... It is certainly creative, but not really new if I recall correctly the "all on one floor" plan was made by somebody pre 2008 recession before they went out of business. SO maybe new again? I like the A/C below deck and cavernous storage. Wide open roof lends itself to solar. I'd be in favor of less CCC and more frame integrity surrounding the lower storage areas as this, to me, seems vulnerable to vibration fatigue overtime. I agree the entry area needs work. as some older people may find it more "sketchy" to navigate. We love our 3813MS but if we were in the market this has possibilities.
