Two things:
1. Weak battery. I know you said its new BUT... take the battery to an auto parts store and have it tested. I know you said you had it connected to shore power but the hydraulic pump pulls a LOT of amps. It will not run off your converter alone if your battery is weak.
2. Check your red self resetting 50A circuit breakers in the battery compartment. When you are running your hydraulic system do you hear clicking noises coming from them when it cuts out? Lippert put out a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) about putting the hydraulic system on its own 80A circuit breaker.
