I was told the reason Lippert stop recommending using the Level up system to jack up the rig is for safety. The hydraulic jacks are more than adequate to lift the whole rig off the ground, but someone doing so and getting hurt should it fail or fall could sue. The lawyers made it an issue, not the engineers.
