I use the Andersen with a 6'5" bed and have had no problems. Don't know that it would do a 90 but I wouldn't anyway. I've had it as tight as I'll ever get it and I haven't had an issue.

This is our first trailer with slide toppers; never wanted them. I live in W TX and all I heard/saw was about the wind destroying them, noise etc. I bought them for exactly the reason DQDick mentioned; sun/heat mitigation....and they seem to work. I will say that in a heavy rain the topper over the LR slide that ends by the entry door likes to run all the water right onto the entry. May have to put something under it or readjust the autolevel.
