Unfortunately yes.
We had our 2017 3820FK lemon lawed in 2019 and the dealer was of no help but Keystone finally took notice after we had our attorney call them.
Bottom line is that they replaced it with a 2019 3790rd because they discontinued the 3820fk but we have had issues with this one as well from day one..,
Disappointed..
