In my experience, Chinese tires are junk, and are to be avoided at all cost. I’ve been hearing good things about the Sailun tires, though, so of the two you mention I’d go with the Sailuns. Personally, I run Goodrich Commercial T/A on my 2955RL, and have been very happy with them.
