I still wonder if his rig has an internal EMS. At least for awhile the Legacy models came with an internal EMS.

My EMS is external so I don't have experience with an internal one but I thought there was a way to turn off the internal EMS.

If in fact the Legacy comes with an external EMS then the transfer switch is the next to check. Or call a mobile tech.
