I've used plastic razor blades. Go through a bunch of them but they're cheap on Amazon. After most of it has been scraped on, I used Goof Off and a fresh blade to get the rest of the silicone off. Then I used Formula 409 and a toothbrush to prepare for new caulking.

Pro Flex is the only caulk I will use. It's much easier to remove when necessary and much easier to work with than silicone.
