Thanks very much for the tip!! I also gound an excellent thread on what a member on this forum weny through in CA and t provided a lot of insight. Have a new class c license renewed within last year so should not have to take the driver's written test AND have taken the trailer endorsement test so taking that test again should be easy. Plan to make an appointment for that test to get a temporary permit tomorrow, if the CA DMV offices are open. Only then can I schedule the pre-driving, skills and driving tests.
