I only wish I could convince my wife to drive on the interstates at least but she usually finds a reason not to indulge.
OP, with that said, possibly a semi trailer driver's school would take a couple hours or so and giver her a bit of classroom do's and don't and then some towing time with your 5er. Yeah, it would cost a few bucks but might be less stressful then you doing the instructing
