We have propane at the S&B. Our Whirlpool gas range has a tiny flat head screw valve down inside the stems that hold the knob for each burner. With the burner lit - Tighten to decrease gas flow for lower flame or loosen for higher flame.

We have had the stove for 3 years and DW hated that she could never get the flame low enough to cook on what she considers LOW. I got the owners manual out and found the procedure I described above. Unfortunately it did not change the flame significantly. I need to do more research as to why it did not seem to work.

All of that being said - I have no idea if the Furion stove has similar adjustment capabilities. Call Furion and find out.
