On the end of that faucet you will find a removeable aerator. Unscrew and check it for either mineral deposits or debris from the tank. Just be aware that the aerator disassembles in 2-4 pieces and it needs to be reassembled in the correct order to work. I had to again pull ours apart last week as the water flow stopped completely. A 10 minute soak in vinegar fixed it --- until the next time (the bathroom faucet is next)
