Thanks to all. Nice to hear that are other folks out there who are not intimidated by tackling their own repairs -big or small. Since my original post we have purchased all the materials and collected all the tools. Today we are departing Tennessee with a destination of Charlevoix, Michigan. My brother-in-law lives there and he is ‘lending me his huge barn (where he stores his motor home). So I’ll have a nice protected area with all the utility I need to replace m roof. I bet my Monty is smiling already. Of course I’ll let you know how this adventure goes. Thanks. Jim n’ Kathy
