Wayne all Diesel engines have cavitation. The cylinders vibrate and cause ail bubbles on the outside of then they eat holes through the cylinders if you don’t use the proper antifreeze. The 7.3 Fords were the worst but all Diesel engines will do it. That is the reason for the proper antifreeze.
