Being anal like I am, I put a pex elbow with a 3' about section of pex to the side of the rig with a plastic valve like a hose bib. I used a big flat washer and a piece of 1" galvanized strap that I had laying around. Bent the strap to create an L for mounting to the skirt. Drilled a couple of hole in the washer and strap, pop rivet together and screwed it onto the skirt for easy reach. I used an existing screw in the skirt, but be careful to make sure it's not just going into the plastic, get a good bite into something substantial. See photo...
