During Rally registration you are given the option to sign up for an early arrival of either 1 day (9/10) OR 2 days (9/9).

We have had a number of requests to add an early arrival that was not indicated on the original registration.


If you did not check one of the early arrival options and now wish to do so, please "Quick reply" to this posting with your first and last name and choice of either 1 day (9/10) OR 2 days (9/9).

(if you signed up for one day early arrival at registration you can request 1 additional day if arriving on 9/9)

For your security, the registration system does not keep track of the credit card information you registered with to allow us to go in and change this information and charge your credit card.

We are tracking all "change" requests for early arrival from this posting as shown below and will collect the amount due from you upon your arrival.


If you are on this list or have decided to come on the 9th or 10th and did not contact us, we will come to your site to collect for the extra day(s).

The amount due is $27.00 per day, payable in CASH - Sorry we have no access to credit card processing.

Remember, if you are arriving before September 9th it is your responsibility to make arrangements with the Fairgrounds for those additional days. You should also note that you may not have access to your assigned site before September 9th.
