Congrats on the new 305. We bought one last year. Couple of things you may want to check. When we picked our's up, the tires were 80lbs, decal says 95lbs. We had a crimped propane line behind on the the tanks - stove worked on 1 burner, furnace would not light and refer was spotty on propane only. Light strip under awning needed a few extra screws to secure it to the monty's side.


Dealer, Sierra RV in Reno, fixed everything on the spot.


One problem I fixed, the wires to the electric brakes on the DS were open and could run against the leaf springs. I enclosed them in flexible, split plastic conduit.
