The converter supplies 12v power and charges your batteries. Sounds like you have a 110v ac problem. You could have a power problem from the pedistal or have lost one side of your 50 amp service. Would also check the connections at the circuit breaker panel.

Thanks, where is the pedestal? I have the correct voltage at the cord coming in and I have 120 at all breakers. How would I determine if I lost a leg?
