I have had clogged Black tank a couple times. A guy gave me a good tip. Get a ladder and take to sewer line and raise the line up the ladder as high as you can get and fill sewer hose with water. This will back flush the blockage. This has worked twice for me and I showed a neighbor this method and it worked for him.
