I don't know about your certain models but some units, and I can't remember which ones, had the washer/dryer combo in that place if you removed the hamper. We have a 2013 unit but it has the 2014 interior. Our washer/dryer hookup is in the entry closet. I have not removed ours but I think there have been posts on this very subject of removing it. I think the unit is just screwed to the front wall if I'm not mistaken. You can remove the hamper drawer by lifting it out and you can see what is behind it and if Keystone used brackets or whatever to hold the unit in. I'm pretty sure the wall is totally carpeted across the whole front. Now you have my curiosity aroused and I will have to go out and check this out when I'm back out to the farm again.
