Dodge didn't make a 6.7L in 2003...it was a 5.9L...or did you mean a 2013 truck? Either way, a 3160 RL has a GW of around 16k. If I was in your shoes, I'd be looking for an eng/exhaust brake that is in a different truck, that 2500 is way over weight.
