I don't think I would accept a unit with that many issues, I would demand a new one. Fixing a couple of minor things I can live with, but 39 - no way. Keystone should take it back (and wreck it) and you should have a new one with 0 (or few) minor issues...
We picked ours up in March and thankfully it had only 1-2 mainly cosmetic issues.
