Spray it down with a little bleach and water, roll it up for about a half hour roll it out rinse repeat if necessary. I done this many times, works great and it's easy.
To wash the rest of your camper especially to get the bugs off the front, Purple Power. It will get all the dried on bugs off without almost any elbow grease. It won't hurt your camper either, or at least it hasn't hurt anything I have used it on for the last 40 years.
