Hide a bed, flip bed sofas

This weekend, we saw 3 different 2980RL's. 2 had the flip stlye sofa, 1 had the hide a bed. Is the hide a bed a separate option? Also, 1 had 4 drawers in the bedroom dresser and the others had 6....
