Solution

I finally found it. For anyone this may help, it was a loose connection to the can-bus behind the display. I asked ASA to update this in their troubleshooting guide. Thank you for all the help.

I tried the battery and time and date. Still no luck. I ordered 2 gateways and will try that. Anything else I’ve missed? We have 5 chihuahuas and it is about to get hot in TN.

I have a 2021 3931FB and we have had trouble with the ac/iN·command system since day 1. I need to verify that we in fact have the eol resistor installed on the gateway. Where would I find this...
