Overnight at Texarkana, and all went well
took off next day for Ft. Worth, and hit some really tough construction...had the truck and trailer...

got the stove lit

did not realize the gas valves on the stove were like a pilot gas system....until just a bit ago....


I have to hold down on the stove gas valve(s) and then hit the igniter...then hold the valve...

the hot water heater did ignite, checked setting in the incommand and selected "both"; then I heard the clicking...and it was running.

as noted in a couple of the replies, it was not an electric supply problem.
Perhaps I did not have the programming quite right....
