yep I have had the Fabric rip as well one time...

yep I have had the Fabric rip as well one time when i was putting everything back together I just used Fabric glue to reattach it back on the slats that slide into the metal bars and for cleaning One...

When you say completely broke ya mean the strings?? if so you can restring them which I have done MANY times and the Big back one as well,you can buy the roll of string(better Quality) to do the job...
