Maxxair fan won't shut off!

Was checking the Maxxair fan today and now can't get it to shut off! It's running on high speed.
Using the Four button keypad on the wall, I can open or close the vent, but the fan still won't...

Love the one I just installed in my 2011 Dodge 3500.
Comes apart in 2 pieces so it's easier to lift out .

Took the Montana out for her maiden voyage over the Memorial holiday!
Spent 5 days Boondocking in the mountains.
Trailer was plenty roomy enough even with 4 people and 2 Chocolate labs !...

Help - no 12v power after disconnecting 110 cable

I'm all hitched and loaded , ready for a 5 day Boondocking trip.
Supposed to leave in 30 minutes!
Just unhooked the 110 shore power cable and stowed it.
Went inside the trailer, and I have no 12v...
