Last unit was a Cougar. No issues. Lots of issues on this one. Sit permanently in an RV park which makes issues an even bigger problem.

3" deck screws and Dicor & the job is fixed. If I needed 3" screws to hit wood, what the heck did the factory guy/gal think 1" screws were going to do?

Screws that came out are #10x1". Using #12x1.5"....

Screws that came out are #10x1". Using #12x1.5". Still not hitting any wood to pull the metal strip down. :cry: Try longer screws?

Ok, thanks. I am thinking bigger screws and more screws. For having bought a 5th wheel that cost more than my 1st house, I have not been happy with the purchase.

Roof coming apart

Purchased a Montana high country last year. Sits on a permanent site. Last year water leaking in from AC unit. 3 loose bolts, 4th one was stripped. Water leaking in a window when it rains. ...
