Thanks for the updated version. Looks like the same repair but they found a way to do it without removing the cap. My dealership is still removing the cap. I'll have to ask them why.

Very common. They've had a repair since 2018. Somewhere around 2021 Keystone made a correction. They beefed up that area of the frame and put in a relief cut. I would absolutely be the squeaky wheel....

My dealer told me that Keystone had a supply shortage on ladders so some didn't come with a ladder. The ladders are flimsy. I added stand offs on the roof to help support. It worked great.

I replaced mine with Sony's 50" in living room...

I replaced mine with Sony's 50" in living room and 40" in basement. You can use any brand. Most brackets are interchangeable with any TV.
