It must be something that is common to both city/on-board/cold/hot water; weird problem. You sure your just not expecting too much? Mine works fine, but pressure is not great; always been that way....

That's a tough one; a single problem that causes low flow at all your faucets on both city and on-board water. What model and year is your Montana? Is pressure low on both hot & cold water?

Here is a photo of the restrictor washer I pulled out. Simply unscrew the head from the flexible hose and pop it out. After I de-winterize next month, I'll see how it works.

Yes, I took the head off the flexible hose and pulled out a plastic washer with a small hole in it. I won't know if that fixed it until I de-winterize but I think it will. I'll get a photo later...

Mine does not change when the water pump is turned on. I will look at the faucet and see what the problem is. My regulator is fixed, not sure what it is, have to go look at it.
