Like Dave states, there are times when the a macerator will do the job where a Sewer Solution won't. We have both and use the macerator only when the SS can't pump out.

I see you have a 2005. When did you retrofit? If it was 2010, then you probably have one larger reservoir and your original electric landing gear breaker which may be insufficient for the LevelUp.

We have both the Sewer Solution and a macerated pump. We have found that the SS will pump about a 100 feet. Over that, we use the macerator. We added a 12 volt quick disconnect near the sewer dump.

It could be the freeze sensor. I don't know what the real name is. But, moving it up in the coils solved our problems.
